in Small Towns

In big cities, students usually have access to career counsellors, exposure, and updated information. But in small towns and villages, things are very different. Students there are intelligent and hardworking, yet many are forced to make important career decisions based on guesswork, social pressure, or incomplete advice.

This lack of proper guidance leads to wrong
choices. Many students realize it only after losing valuable years of time and money. Over time, it became clear to me that the problem was not talent or effort — it was the absence of clear, unbiased guidance at the right stage.

How CommerceCare
Started

At first, I tried helping students one by one. But the issue was much bigger than individual efforts. A close friend once said something that stayed with me: “If the problem is large, the solution also needs to think bigger.” That thought eventually led to the creation of CommerceCare.
